Tom has held sales and senior management positions in global technology and software companies serving financial services and securities industry investment firms for over 25 years. He started his career with IBM Banking and Brokerage division in New York after completing his MBA.
After leaving IBM, Tom was with software firms such as Dun and Bradstreet and Misys Banking Software where he was country manager of Mexico, Central America, and Japan. For the past 12 years, Tom was with Compaq Services, now Hewlett Packard, Network Appliance, and Stratus as a senior director of financial industry sales and marketing. Tom continues to provide corporate consulting services and will join the International Business Communication faculty of Thammasat University in January, 2009.
Tom earned his bachelors degree at New York University, and his MBA at Pace University, in New York City. He resides in Bangkok, Thailand, with his wife, Noi.
