Jon Ferris, Co-Founder and CEO

Jon started MyGlobalStaff.Com with a firm belief in the outsourcing model. With extensive work experience on projects throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, his favorite part of the job is connecting young talent from around the world with interesting client projects.

Jon earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration (Human Resources) from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his Masters in International Development from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, and is a Certified Outsourcing Provider.

Jon divides his time between Asia and Washington, DC, where he lives with his wife, Tina, and their two cats, Pad Thai and Tom Yum.

Aaron Forsyth, Co-Founder and COO

With extensive experience in small-business and entrepreneurship, Aaron sees outsourcing as an dynamic tool that is shaping the global economy. Aaron delivers the MyGlobalStaff.com message to business leaders and staff around the country, focusing on adding value across various industries-especially in the SMB market.

Another founder of MyGlobalStaff, Aaron enjoys working with sharp, motivated staff around the world. Aaron attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has since worked in Finance and Technology. Just prior to joining MyGlobalstaff.Com, Aaron sold another startup firm in Seattle, Washington.

While at MyGlobalStaff.Com, he has been involved in projects in locations ranging from Australia to Colorado.

When he's not on the phone or behind a desk, Aaron enjoys travelling the world with his wife, Annie.

Nadir Hussain, Online Marketing Manager

Nadir Hussain is an Internet Advertisement and Search Engine Marketing expert. He is certified with both Google and Yahoos internet advertisement programs.

Over the last 15 years, Nadir has held a variety of interesting positions in the technology field, including a directorship in eBays technology group, a consultancy with Deloitte & Touche, and a management position at IA Corporation. Nadir is also an experienced entrepreneur, having also started and sold two companies of his own.

Nadir earned his MBA at UC/Berkeley and his MSEE at Stanford University. He resides in Palo Alto, California with his wife Muneerah, and their three year old daughter, Mishaal. He is currently teaching a course at UC/Berkeley on Advertising Online and SEO.

Srini Yepuri, Vice President, Creative Development

Srini oversees our web development and graphic design teams. In this capacity, he ensures that our output is consistent with the clients look and feel, across all the web and print collateral we develop.

Srini has worked with several notable international technology firms, including WiPro and Infotech. He also possesses an advertising background, which he applies to client projects as well.

Srini holds a Fine Arts degree from one of just two Arts universities in India. He has been involved with art from the age of four, when he was caught attempting to paint his fathers car.

Adnan Rahman, Vice President, Software Development

Adnan is a former Engineering Section Manager at Polycom, a leader in the Video Conferencing technology industry. He has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. While at Polycom, he worked closely with Polycom's iPower, PVX and QSX product lines and was a key interface to IBM, EMC and Intel with respect to software configuration management.

Adnan earned his BSc in EE from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He brings to the table valuable experience in developing software in parallel development environments in distributed locations.

Adnan lives with his wife, Hena, and their two little boys.

Chris Charles, Systems Administrator

Chris has worked as a network and systems administrator for several organizations in southwestern Ontario. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, and often helps IT staff communicate with end-users.

Chris holds a B.Sc. in Computing and Information Science from the University of Guelph. He continues to learn about interesting technologies both in a formal classroom setting and informally through his own research.

In his spare time Chris enjoys travelling, reading, working on hobby programming projects and watching mixed martial arts. He lives in Ontario, Canada with his girlfriend, Laura, and their pet ferret, Disco.

Vicki Buenaflor, Comptroller

Vicki has worked in a variety of positions in the insurance, academic, and import/export industries, over the past 13 years. As our comptroller, she keeps our company organized and in-line. She is very independent, and gives her all of her work a personal touch. Vicki has earned her including coursework towards her MBA. Vicki is happily married, with three children.

Mary Unabia, Research Director

Mary handles the research and administrative side of the business. With a degree in Mass Communication, she has worked in journalism and research over the past eight years.

Mary enjoys working in a team environment, where there are ample opportunities to meet short- and long-term targets. She is very independent, and takes it upon herself to hone her research skills. She believes that "we only live once - and if we work it right, once is enough."

Tom Ricciardi

Tom has held sales and senior management positions in global technology and software companies serving financial services and securities industry investment firms for over 25 years. He started his career with IBM Banking and Brokerage division in New York after completing his MBA.

After leaving IBM, Tom was with software firms such as Dun and Bradstreet and Misys Banking Software where he was country manager of Mexico, Central America, and Japan. For the past 12 years, Tom was with Compaq Services, now Hewlett Packard, Network Appliance, and Stratus as a senior director of financial industry sales and marketing. Tom continues to provide corporate consulting services and will join the International Business Communication faculty of Thammasat University in January, 2009.

Tom earned his bachelors degree at New York University, and his MBA at Pace University, in New York City. He resides in Bangkok, Thailand, with his wife, Noi.

Kacey Stertz

Kacey brings a plethora of sales experience to MyGlobalStaff.Com. She has worked with Johnson & Johnson and Alcon Ophthalmology, as well as several companies pioneering the green revolution. (Seventh Generation, Music Matters, Utne Magazine, Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, Manitoba Harvest).

Kacey studied Finance and Writing at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She was involved with AIESEC, the world's largest economic and commerce exchange program, as president of the local chapter. It was here that she developed an awareness about working with talented young people overseas.

In addition to her life on the road as a sales warrior, Kacey has a passion for travel and Yoga. In 2006, she became a certified Yoga instructor. Kacey practices a life of balance, discipline and constant exploration.
